We have been enjoying these soft flowers from one of our garden vines here in central Brazil. For this shot I focused manually with a non-ais mounted on my D80 with a 10mm macro extension tube. I post-processed the Raw file with LR4 and lightened the tones and added just a touch of an overlay in PSElements.
