Moraine Park
By Walt Kaesler
Moraine Park is a wide open space created by a glacier. It is surrounded by moraines on three sides and the rocky mountain front range in the background. The snow on the mountains and the film of ice on the Big Thompson River, along with the golden color of the grass is a clue about the season.
