I hiked up the "Chute Trail" to the rim trail above Incline Village. After the steep climb and adjusting to the lack of oxygen at that altitude, I was rewarded with spectacular views of Lake Tahoe with high contrast blue skies with streaking white clouds. It was very difficult to choose a favorite shot from this outing, but the framing of the trees and the leading line of the log keep me coming back to “Log and Lake.”
