I was out kayaking on the Pamlico Sound with a buddy of mine in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, when we had turned around to head back to where we had come from only to find out that everything had disappeared from sight. What you see in this photo is what we saw. The horizon line had disappeared from sight and blended perfectly with the clouds and the water. It was absolutely unreal to witness.
