This shot is of the Cannon volley during the West Point Orchastra's rendition of the 1812 Overture at West Point Military Academy's July 4th celebration in 2011. The entire experience of being present for the celebration at West Point, with the Cadets marching down to their amphitheatre seats to their cadence, was the most patriotic 4th of July "celebration" I may family have ever taken part in. The shot was very difficult to get, but I got it nonetheless.
