Hansei (self-reflection)

Recently, I decided to venture out into worlds unknown and take a photography trip to Japan. While standing at the Toyota Municipal Museum of Art, I took time to reflect on my time in Japan and who I was becoming as a person. I wondered, briefly, what it would be like if I did not exist. It was at that moment, this scene popped up in my viewfinder.
