Contest: Reflections through Photos

Clarity

By Christopher Morgan MD
I snapped this shot on the way to Mt Cook in New Zealand. I was early in the morning and slightly cool, but the air was perfectly still, thus allowing for a perfectly smooth and almost mirror-like water surface. The sky was very crisp and blue/turquoise, which contrasted quite nicely with the snow on the mountains and the vibrant colors of the foliage. Nature did 99% of the work; all I had to do was compose the shot.
