This bike is an art piece in Grand Rapids, Mi. We have an Art festival that runs from the end of September to the first week in October. We are the fourth best Art festival in the world. Really! There are entries from all over the world, and over 1500 displays. I think it doubles every year. It is a fun time, and awesome!
