This hot air balloon was tethered near the lake at the Centralia Balloon Glow on Aug 17-18, 2012. This was my first experience with hot air balloons and the balloon glow. Myself and 2 girlfriends went for both days and thoroughly enjoyed the festival. I took many pictures of the balloons but found this opportunity to get a reflection in the lake. Hope to go back again this year. This festival had over 40 balloons participating.
