November Photo Challenge: Indoor Photos With Available Light

Abandoned Beauty

By Kayla Klemenz
We came across this church on our way home from a camping trip in Kenosee, SK. The door was unlocked and upon entering we found a guestbook and some old programs. Everything was set up for a service but there hadn't been one for years from what we could tell. Birds made this sanctuary theirs and I captured this shot with the aid of a tripod. It was difficult to find a happy medium for exposure since the ceiling varied greatly from the stucco. This is just one shot, not a compilation of shots.
