Growing up, all of us grandchildren in my Mom's side of the family always looked forward to one thing...Our Grandma's pecan pie. When Grandma passed in 2003, I was surprised to find out that I would be bestowed with my Grandma's most loved recipes...Mrs E's Pecan Pie. Name after Ester, my Grandma's given first name (she went by Louise) I make it a point to make at least one of these every Holiday Season.
