This is probably one of the best photos I took with my first ever DLSR & lens combo. We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary by going back to Hawaii (with kids this time). This shot was taken from the top of Diamond Head. If you look closely at the park in the foreground you can see by the shadows of the trees that the sun is directly overhead which is probably why the city buildings came out so clearly.
