This is a decorative hitching post at the state capitol in Cheyenne, Wyo in the reserved parking area of the capitol building grounds. The post whose shadow fell on a wall was so blurred that you couldn't tell what it was so I used a white matte board behind this post the get a sharpe outline. The picture was converted to B&W in Photoshop and the contrast increased. It is an early morning shot.
