I was sitting in my car on a raining night in downtown Cincinnati with my tripod on my lap trying to get the reflections and light trails and shooting though the rained-on windshield for a more watery effect (or so I hoped). Unfortunately there's not much action at night in downtown Cincinnati. Fortunately, a few cars went by.
