While vacationing in Tucson, I received my mail forwarded copy of the January Popular Photography. When I read the challenge for this month, I thought I was immediately eliminated from the competition because it rarely rains or snows here. But low and behold, a front came through bringing a nice 12 hour soaking. So while my wife was out on our patio celebrating the weather of 01/26/2013, I took this shot.
