As I was exploring self-portraiture for the first time I thought that I would be able to hide behind reflections because they somewhat distort reality. As I went searching for reflection after reflection I soon realized that I wasn't liking what I saw in the reflections just as it they were mirrors. This is a response to wanting to fade away so that there isn't much left of me to be seen.
