I captured this photo at the Semi-Finals Track Meet at Central Valley High School. After observing several other relay race heats, I positioned myself as close to where I anticipated the pass-off would occur, set my release mode to high continuous and panned, creating this nice action-blur. It was a bright and sunny day so I could use 100 ISO, hoping for no noise.
