During this past weekend’s Ryder Cup, Daily Mail photographer Mark Pain was really feeling it, as he and his camera were struck by a stray ball hit by the one and only, Tiger Woods. Unlike Tiger, Pain’s shot was dead on.

Tiger and his partner Steve Stricker ultimately came up victorious, defeating their European opponents, despite this little mishap (and some very poor weather). By the way, thanks to a shutter speed of 1/1000 sec and some serious guts, Mark Pain was able to come up with this one-in-a-million image.

Head on over to: The DailyMail.co.uk to see Pain’s incredible image in full-resolution (be sure to notice the guy in the crowd with the wacky moustache and the cigar).
