Tech Support: Lens Adapters

Question: I own a group of mintcondition Nikkor lenses. I also now own a Canon EOS Rebel XTi. I understand there are adapters that will let me use the Nikkors on my Rebel. Who makes them, and could they damage either camera or lens? -- Paul Castenholz Colorado Springs, CO
