For these cuties, Harry Giglio started by mounting a PocketWizard flash trigger on his Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III camera in order to fire his Speedotron strobe heads wirelessly. He aimed one of the two Speedotron heads through a 9-foot, double layer of roscolux Light Tough Spun diffusion material ($110 for a 4x25-foot roll, street). He bounced the other off the studio ceiling for slight fill. Both were juiced by 4803cx Speedotron power packs ($2,250, street). The background was a roll of black seamless. To pull off the shot, Giglio needed the help of a photo assistant and three pet wranglers, including the breeder.
