A reconstruction of a home at Moundville State park in Moundville, Alabama. The site is one of the largest collections of Indian burial mounds in North America. This particular mound is the tallest of approximately 30 mounds on the park site. Archeologists from the University of Alabama oversee the park and assume that because of the mounds height, that whoever lived on top of it had great power or influence. All of the images were given standard post-processing tweaks in levels, color adjustments and sharpness.
