Modular camera bags are all the rage — but what if you already have a bag or case you really like, and want to transform it into home for your camera?

Last week, we were on the floor at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas trying to hunt down the coolest new camera-related gadgets to feature here on the site. It was my sixth time at the show and I've learned that choosing the wrong bag can be both frustrating and physically painful. But, I gave Timbuk2's new Sleuth camera bag a chance to carry my gear and I came away impressed and, thankfully, able to stand up straight.

Jill-e is a company that specializes in making camera bags that look nothing like the traditional, and often drab, satchels used for toting gear. Stylistically linked to large handbags, messenger bags and funky backpacks, they're great for shooters looking to switch up their style, but even better for travelers who don't want to advertise that they're lugging around thousands of dollars in gear.
