Leica definitely wins the wow! factor award for this lens, the fastest one made. Perfect optics and construction, with a price insane even for Leica.

Leica APO Summicron-M 90mm f/2 ASPH

Its bright aperture for a 90mm lens makes for faster shutter speeds in dim light—great for street shooting and much more. Focusing ring could be made with a tad more grippable material.

Leica APO Summicron-M 75mm f/2 ASPH

Made of brass, glass, and aluminum (no plastic), it’s almost indestructible. Updated for digital, it’s a 97.5mm equivalent on the Leica M8.
Pricey
6
Excellent image quality between f/4 and f/16, but a noticeable dropoff at the widest apertures. It balances extremely well on the camera.

Pentax 21mm f/3.2 DA AL Limited

All-metal construction, engraved markings, and excellent optics. Ultra-compact, it’s perfect for travelers. The close-focusing distance of 7.25 inches and magnification of 1:5.7 promise great vacation close-ups.
Pentax 15mm f/4 DA ED AL Limited
7
This lens boasts the elegant design and durable construction that distinguish all of Pentax’s Limited series lenses.

All-metal barrel and lensmount, wide aperture, and excellent SQF deem this lens pro-ready without the pro price. Close-focusing distance of 6.7 inches and magnification of 1:4.6 reinforce the claim.
Pentax 100m f/2.8 WR DFA Macro
9
A weather-resistant wonder with a tough all metal body (including the lenshood), and 1:0.94 magnification. Excellent sharpness with smooth manual focusing, but a slightly whiny AF.
New Model
Pentax 35MM F/2.8 DA Macro Limited
9
Like all Pentax Limited series lenses, it has a rugged, all-aluminum construction with engraved barrel markings. Also nice: a built-in lenshood. Maximum magnification: 1:0.92.
6
Its SQF tests were excellent, and distortion and macro performance very strong. Vignetting, not so much. It has an unusual lens shade with a window to let you poke a finger in to adjust a filter.
