Sigma 120-300 f2.8 EX APO DG IF HSM

Canon 1DMiiN with Sigma 120-300mm f/2.8 EX DG HSM. 1/2000 @ f/2.8 ISO 400 at 300mm -- I had to crop in a little bit on this one to make the bird bigger in the frame. The sunlit branches at the top of the frame are a touch sharper than the little brown bird, another example of just how critical focusing can be with a telephoto at short distances. The slight breeze tweaked the bird's position just enough to throw it out of focus, unfortunately.
