Canon 1DMiiN with Sigma 120-300mm f/2.8 EX DG HSM. 1/800 @ f/2.8 ISO 400 at 300mm -- The Sigma Zoom did a great job of focusing on this dove as it wandered in and out of the shadows in AI Servo focus mode. It was just a matter of picking the right time to make sure the bird's head was sunlit! Cropped in a bit to increase the subject's size in the frame.
