Canon EOS 40D

Canon EOS 40D with Canon EF-S 60mm f/2.8 macro USM. ISO 1600 1/500 @ f/2.8 (JPEG). Flash, my Betta fish, doesn't like strobes, so we used a lightbox behind him to make a dark macro portrait of this normally colorful fish. Even at high ISO, the 40D did a great job of keeping nuanced shadow detail in a challenging situation.
