The large scale of the Grand Canyon is a perfect test subject for the super-high resolution and image quality of the EOS 1Ds Mark III. This hand held photo was taken using the Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8 L USM lens at 23mm. Exposure of 1/640 sec at f/13, ISO 400. See the following images for close up detail at 100%.
