A 3x4-inch section (from the top-left of a shot totaling 52x78 inches when viewed at screen resolution of 72ppi) shows the remarkable detail captured in JPEG images from the EOS 1Ds Mark III. Expect greater detail from a RAW file, especially one shot using a tripod and mirror lock up.
