Canon A650IS

Jumping up to ISO 400, noise becomes more of an issue, acting as a distraction when viewed at 50% or above. The image is well exposed for reflected details and the interior lighting on the Ponte Vecchio (meaning Old Bridge) in Florence, with sky detail visible in the reflection and few overblown highlights. 1/30 sec at f/3.5 @ ISO 400.
