Step 12

Set the Layer Opacity for Layers 1, 2, and 3 to 100 percent.

Step 13

Open Windows > Navigator. Zoom in on the view so you're at 100 percent.

Step 14

Select the Hand Tool from the Toolbar (keystroke shortcut: H).
