FDRTools Advanced Basic Step-By-Step Tutorial

Step 4

When you are satisfied with you Tonemapping settings, it's time to save the 32-bit HDR and the 16-bit Tonemapped output file. In the main program window, click Save to open the Save-Render and Save Final Images window. Browse to a location to save the 32-bit HDR image and give it a title. The LDR output image (16-bit tonemapped TIFF, that is) will automatically fill in with the same name and location. Change the name or save location if you want. A cool option is the checkbox for "Open LDR image with" to have the tonemapped image open automatically into your normal image editing program. Click Run to start the processing and saving.
