A woman at Arlington National Cemetery on Veterans Day grieves at the grave of a loved one killed in Iraq. She had sat in silence by the grave for hours, hunched and tightly grasping a bouquet of flowers. Families visiting other fallen soldiers reached out to try to comfort her, but she was unresponsive. As dusk fell and the other families left, she clasped the grave tightly until the last light faded.
