The "FS" stands for Film Simulation -- as in Velvia and Provia, two of the film palettes this electronic-viewfinder model ($640, street) can mimic. This 14.3X (28-400mm equivalent f/2.8-5.3) zoom camera packs 11.1MP, lens-based image stabilization, RAW + JPEG capture, macro focusing to 0.4 inch in front of the lens, and dynamic-range expansion up to 400%.
