Convert to Black-and-White:
Step 3

GET THE CHANNEL MIXER by going to Image > Adjustments > Channel Mixer. The Red channel has the best texture in the blueberries, so we'll keep more of that than any of the other channels. Green differentiates the leaves from the blueberries, so we'll use a bunch of that, too. But because the Blue channel is so noisy and dark, we'll leave it out altogether: Check Monochrome to see your image in b&w. Then input 55% Red and 45% Green. Click OK.
