Mick Jagger on stage during the Rolling Stones 1969 U.S. tour. "In '69, it was the first time the audiences had listened!" bassist Bill Wyman recalls. "We were always good onstage, so we were able to quite easily deal with the change, but at first we thought we'd lost the energy from the audience."
