Pull your Radius low, down to about 0.3 pixels. Then adjust the amount until your image is sharp but remains natural-looking. You can move what's in the preview window around by dragging it. Be sure to check out all areas of your image, and reduce the sharpening if you need to. When you like what you see, click OK, and you're all finished.
