Getting rid of the big creases is tricky, but the Healing Brush makes it simpler. Since it blends what you clone with the area around it, it works best on trouble spots that aren't near clearly defined edges. Choose the Healing Brush from the toolbar (or hit Shift + J to toggle from the Spot Healing Brush). Zoom in and hold down Alt (Option on a Mac) and click to sample a similarly textured area, then paint over the crack.
