For bigger spots Dust and Scratches missed, grab the Spot Healing Brush from the toolbar (or just push J on your keyboard). Zoom in and, using a brush slightly larger than the dust spots, click on them. To avoid little dot-shaped repairs, head to the Options Bar and slide the hardness of the brush down to about 50%.
