Apollon cameras wirelessly share images with other cameras and allow for remote shooting.
If you end up getting passed everyone’s point-and-shoot at social events, or hate waiting forever to see images that other people took, Apollon cameras might appeal to you. Unfortunately they are still in the concept stage, but the idea from Dutch product designer Gordon Tiemstra is promising.
The grenade-shaped device which comes with a remote lets multiple users with the same camera capture and share images. Users can sync their cameras and all the images for that day are recorded in all Apollon cameras. The cameras can also be used together to capture panoramas or an animated series of images.
Check out the promo video below for a glimpse of how these cameras might work if Tiemstra’s idea gets picked up.
